Delete your sign-in account.

Request deletion in Pocket Money or by email—even if you no longer have the app installed.

This opens your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the message.

Send your request.Email joelwilliammark@gmail.com with the subject “Pocket Money account deletion” from your sign-in email address. If you cannot access it, explain that in your message.

Verify ownership.We will ask for the information needed to confirm the account belongs to you. Never send your password, PIN, payment-card details or bank SMS.

Account-related deletion.After verification, the request covers your Firebase sign-in account and associated information held by the operator, including coordination of applicable subscription-provider data deletion. Any required retention or unresolved records will be explained in the reply.

From inside the app

Open Settings → Account sign-in → Delete sign-in account. Fresh authentication is required. Contact support for associated subscription/support records.

Remove local finance records

Deleting your sign-in account does not erase the ledger on your phone. To erase it, use Android Settings → Apps → Pocket Money → Storage → Clear data. Remove exported backups and reports separately. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.

Cancel a subscription separately

Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play.
